Setup — enable on your theme

Shopify requires merchants to manually enable theme app embeds. The button below opens your theme editor with the LiteCart embed pre-selected.

To enable the bar

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes
  2. Click Customize on your current theme
  3. Click the App embeds icon (▦) on the left sidebar, or press Ctrl+3
  4. Find "Sticky Add to Cart" and toggle it ON
  5. Click Save (top right)

To disable

Same steps — toggle the switch OFF and Save.

Free Shipping Bar PRO

Nudge shoppers to add more to their cart by showing a progress bar in the slide cart.

Use [amount] for the remaining amount.
ℹ️ This bar is informational only. It shows progress toward your free-shipping threshold inside the cart drawer. To actually offer free shipping at checkout, you must create a matching shipping rate in your Shopify settings (free above the same threshold). Without that, customers may see "FREE shipping unlocked" here but still be charged at checkout.

Show up to 3 product cards at the bottom of the slide cart drawer with a one-click + add button. Industry-standard AOV lift: 15-30%.

Upsell — “You may also like” PLUS
Shopify's native related-products engine (bought-together patterns + same collection + AI similarity if enabled). Filtered to remove items already in cart. Real-time fetch on every drawer open.
Recently Viewed — fallback for empty carts PRO
Last 8 product pages this shopper visited (stored in their browser, not on our servers). Shown when the cart is empty or when upsell returns 0 results. Recovers abandoned product views into add-to-carts.

Logic: If both are on — cart with items shows Upsell, empty cart shows Recently Viewed. If Upsell returns nothing (rare for established stores), Recently Viewed kicks in as fallback.

Discount Code Field PRO

Show discount code input in cart drawer

Shoppers paste a code you created in Shopify Admin → Discounts. LiteCart validates against Shopify's API in real-time and updates the drawer subtotal so they see the saving before checkout.

Countdown Timer PLUS

Create a sense of urgency with a per-visitor evergreen countdown above the sticky bar.

⚠ Honest copy required. The timer resets per visitor — it's not a real shared deadline. Avoid claiming a fixed end date or store-wide sale: phrases like “Sale ends midnight”, “Only X hours left storewide”, or “Offer expires June 30” can mislead shoppers and risk Shopify policy violations. Generic urgency labels (“Limited-time offer”, “Today only”) are safe.
